It is thrilling to see the power of words.
Electrifying.
Mesmerizing.
Dangerous.
Seductive.
All of this is born from my love of quotes from Winston Churchill, a man who I look up to. Yes, he was crass and he could be caustic at times, but it is his use of words which makes him stand out. There is a poetry to his words which seems to be lost.
If I'm lucky, someday I can hope to have a voice such as his, but until then I will use the voice given to me as I continue to write.
